Privacy Policy

QR Bulk is a QR code generation service. Static QR codes are created in your browser. Dynamic QR codes, labels, destinations, and style presets are stored when you sign in with Google.

Information we collect

• Account data. If you sign in, Google provides your name, email address, and profile photo so we can identify your account.
• Dynamic QR data. We store the destination URL, optional name, style settings, and timestamps for codes you create.
• Style presets. Saved looks, including logo files you upload, are stored so you can reuse them.
• Technical data. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, and the page requested, used to operate and secure the service.

We do not ask for payment details. Static QR generation does not require an account, and those URLs are not saved on our servers unless you create a dynamic code.

How we use information

• To generate, redirect, and let you edit your QR codes
• To keep style presets attached to your account
• To authenticate you with Google and prevent abuse
• To respond to support or privacy requests

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Processors

Sign-in, database, and file storage are provided by Google Firebase (Google LLC). Google processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy. Redirects for dynamic QR codes run on our application servers.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for Google Authentication sessions. See the cookie policy for details. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention

Account data, dynamic codes, and presets stay until you delete them or delete your account. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your choices

• You can use the static generator without signing in.
• You can edit or delete dynamic codes from My Codes.
• You can request access or deletion by emailing hello@qrbulk.pro.

Children

QR Bulk is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
