Terms of Service

By using QR Bulk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

QR Bulk lets you create static QR codes in your browser and, with a Google account, create dynamic QR codes whose destination can change after printing. Features may change, and we may set fair-use limits (including the current batch size of 50 codes).

Accounts

Dynamic codes and saved styles require Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping destination URLs accurate and lawful. You may delete codes from My Codes.

Your content

You retain rights to URLs, names, and logos you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that material only to operate the generator, redirects, and downloads. You confirm you have the right to use any logo you upload.

Acceptable use

You may not use QR Bulk to:

• Distribute malware, phishing, or other deceptive destinations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attack, scrape, or overload the service
• Violate applicable law

We may disable codes or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these terms.

Downloads and redirects

Static QR files are generated on your device. Dynamic codes encode a QR Bulk redirect. Scanning depends on print quality, contrast, and the destination remaining reachable. We do not guarantee that every scanner or camera will read every style, especially with logos or low contrast.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR Bulk and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for printed materials you cannot reuse after a destination or style change. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for the free service).

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how account and QR data are handled.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. We may suspend or stop the service, including redirect hosting for dynamic codes, with or without notice when required for security, law, or operations. If redirects are discontinued, printed dynamic codes may stop working.
